You can use any surrounding environment to assist yourself in shaping, toning, and building your body in the least amount of time, safe and effectively, everyday or whenever you need it.

There are a lot of interesting things you can do to maximise your routine to make it fun, exciting, and worth your 10 minutes. If you want to workout and perform cardio a bit longer, then that is fine too. But this blog will hint at some tips you can use to get the most out of a "quickie" workout using your immediate environment as tools to success.

  1. You can use the branch of a tree to do pullups: do 10 reps at medium speed.
  2. You can do pushups in your office with your feet propped up over your desk.
  3. Get creative and sprint at the park: 20 seconds sprint followed by 60 seconds rest.

These are just some of the examples that will work on anyone if tried and applied.
